- Mike recover percent format specifications in spreadsheet.
  - Some progress has been made.

- Mike add comments to CMPNT, DLY, MSPEC sections.
  - No new progress.

- Lance add comments to EBD section.
  - No new progress.

- Bob add comments to CIRCUIT section.
  - No new progress.


Parser development:

- Bob: Assuming BIRD177 will pass and be added to the 6.1 list.
  - The agreement specifically names Michael Mirmak to approve contracts.
  - This will have to be changed to "the chair".
